Classification based on Spring types

Sobha Restoplus Spring Mattresses are classified based on the type of springs used in mattress production as follows:

  • Bonell Spring Mattresses
  • Pocketed Spring Mattresses
  Bonell Spring Mattresses
Bonell Springs are one of the oldest, most commonly used and accepted springs in mattress production. Bonell Spring Mattresses are renowned world over for their ergonomic qualities. The Bonell Springs are shaped like an hourglass and the ends of the wire are knotted or wrapped around the top and bottom circular portion of the coil.

Bonell Spring Mattresses are available in three grades.

  • Siesta: Hard
  • Snooze: Medium
  • Slumber: Soft
  Pocketed Spring Mattresses
Pocket Springs are pre-compressed, individually encased coils. The best performing pocket spring design is hand-assembled; nested in a honeycomb pattern that minimizes the space between coils. Individual spring encasements held together in a unique design ensures that the weight on one spring is not shared by any other. This pattern allows each part of the body its share of rightful support.

Pocket Spring Mattresses also have more coils than most other mattresses. Sobha Restoplus packs in as many springs as they can - 1200 to 2700 coils to be precise as compared to 1000 springs in any other premium mattress.

Advantages of Sobha Restoplus Pocketed Spring Mattresses

  • Higher coil count in a given size of mattresses.
  • The small diameter of the springs ensure a larger number of pressure points in a particular area, thereby increasing the support factor and also enabling the mattress to contour to body shape.
  • The springs in a Pocketed Spring Mattress being individual in nature also avoid partner discomfort and disturbances.
