SOBHA GARRISON is a customized, residential colony exclusively for the Retired & Serving Officers of the Defence Services, their Spouse & Children. It is proposed to be built on a 20.6 acres plot, located on Bangalore – Pune highway, near Peenya Industrial estate. This is 13.5 KM from RSI, MG road. This is along side Sobha Ruby & Sobha Ruby Platinum. The details of this project are:
- Project : It is a B + G+19 storied building with 2 towers , all 3BHK apartments with standard SBA of 1500 Sft with all amenities, including club house, swimming pool, play/green area, STP WTP, BG back up. The project will consist of 310 units.
- Priced at Rs 44 Lakhs. This includes the cost of land, default car park, VAT, BWSSB & BESCOM charges, does not include the additional car park, registration charges, maintenance cost for the warranty period & Service tax cost if any (As of now there is no Service Tax applicable).
- Any serving/retired officers of the Defence Services, their Spouse & Children may apply for an apartment/unit on an Application Form prescribed by Sobha.
Payment Schedule.

20% of the total sale price ie 8,80,000/-as under:
- Rs 1,00,000/- on booking the apartment on a Sobha application form.
- Rs.7,80,000/- of the balance within 45 Days of plan approval.
- Balance in 7 equal easy installments linked to the progress of work.
- All payments will be made in favour of Sobha Developers LTD (SDL), payments will be collected by Garrison Royal & submitted to SDL.
- Upfront payment will get a benefit of 10%
- Once booked, there will be no escalation.
- SDL shall execute Sale and Construction Agreement with the purchaser on payment of 20% of total amount
GARRISON ROYAL – A company formed by ex Service men, will act as an interface between SDL and Officers of the Defence Services.
