General Managers (Plumbing Design & Coordination) (Bangalore)
Candidates should be first class mechanical / civil engineering graduates below 45 years of age with over 10-15 years of relevant experience in design & coordination of plumbing activities in a construction company. Candidates should possess extensive experience and sound knowledge of plumbing / environmental design and execution.
Responsibility would include coordination with the projects, plumbing design team and clients, planning, scheduling and monitoring progress of plumbing work at project sites to ensure timely delivery within the stipulated quality & cost parameters.
Manager Planning (AM/DM/Manager Planning) (All India)
Candidates will be responsible for planning / Costing / Quantity Surveying and monitoring of Project delivery. Key duties and responsibilities would be to understand the complete lifecycle of a real estate project from a delivery perspective, interdependencies in project execution, preparing the Base line schedules in accordance with construction program for site based activities in coordination with the construction team, monitoring the progress of work against the schedule, developing systems and processes of accurate and appropriate reporting of the project progress to the management and solving the issues proactively by coordinating with all other departments for mobilization of resources.
Candidates should be extremely bright first class civil engineering graduates with 4-10 years of experience in a construction company in Planning / Costing / Quantity Surveying out of which at least 2 years should be in project execution. Should have strong understanding of real estate project delivery lifecycle across real estate asset classes & Project scheduling and tracking through Primavera & MSP.
Management Trainee (All India)
Civil Engineering Graduates from premier institutes with an aggregate of over 70% marks with no history of arrears. Students of final semester can also apply; the candidates should have high levels of energy, possess excellent communication & interpersonal skills, and exhibit a burning desire to excel in their work.
All Management Trainees will undergo two and a half years of intensive training. On completion of the same, the candidates will be put on a fast track growth and will be absorbed as Assistant Project Managers by the Company
Head Internal Audit (Bangalore)
Candidates should be Chartered Accountants between 35 to 45 years with 10 to 20 years of relevant experience in the Internal audit function in a large organization of which at least the last 3 years should be in heading the department.
Engineer Plumbing Design (Bangalore)
Candidates should be B.E. (Civil/Mechanical) with above 2 years experience in Plumbing Design, preparation of plumbing drawings for high rise buildings preferably with knowledge of AutoCAD.
Project Engineers/Senior Site Engineers/Site Engineers/Billing Engineers (All India)
Candidates should be first class graduates in Civil Engineering with 2 to 8 years experience in construction of high-rise buildings.
Site Supervisors (All India)
Candidates should be first class diploma holders in Civil Engineering below 27 years of age with 1 to 5 years experience in construction of high-rise buildings.
Stores Keepers (All India)
Candidates should be graduates below 27 years of age with 1 to 5 years experience in stores preferably in a construction company.
Plant & Machinery Engineers / Supervisors (All India)
Candidates should be first class engineering graduates / Diploma holders in Mechanical Engineering below 32 years of age with 2 to 8 years experience in Plant & equipment maintenance in a Construction Company.
Planning Engineers / Costing Engineers (All India)
Candidates should be extremely bright graduates in civil engineering with 1 to 5 years relevant experience with an aggregate of 70% marks and above preferably with knowledge of MS projects.
Head Planning (Bangalore)
The incumbent would be responsible for planning and monitoring of delivery for multiple real estate projects as part of the central Project Management Office.
This would involve understanding the complete lifecycle of a real estate project, Interdependencies in project execution, preparation and presentation of detailed reports on the work plan and actual progress, providing preemptive and strategic inputs on ways to expedite project progress, cost estimation and monitoring with respect to budgeted cost, development and implementation of key procurement schedules/contingency plans and ensuring that plans are aligned with project requirements.
The ideal candidate should be a Civil Engineer from a premier institute aged between 35-45 years with over 14 years relevant experience in a large organization. Proficiency in Primavera, MS Projects is a must. Exposure to ERP would be an added advent.
Project Managers (All India)
Candidates should be first class civil engineering graduates below 32 years of age with 5-10 years experience in building construction. They would be in charge of individual projects and responsible for project completion within specified parameters of quality, cost and time. Candidates should have experience in Advanced Construction Techniques, High-Quality Finishes with good techno-commercial acumen. Candidates with post graduate degree in Construction Management would be preferred.
