When i decided to go in for a Flat, one aspect that troubled my mind was how could i ensure PEACE of MIND after investing a heafty sum in Flats. After listening to a few horror stories, i was determined that i should not loose both my money and PEACE of MIND together.

After lots of discussion and observation, a handful of builders was all that i shortlisted. I didnot like the attitude of some of these builders taking the customer for granted, that too right at the first visit to their sites. A representative from SOBHA took me to a completed project and showed me to what minute details SOBHA goes in for to ensure QUALITY. Going by references and records and successive interactions with SOBHA, i felt reasssured that this was what i was looking for. I was sure that i would be given a Quality Flat within a given timeframe.

A visit to SOBHAs site reflected good planning (though there were so many workers at the site all activities looked well coordinated and the site was well arranged) and adequate care for the workers (nets to trap stones etc that fall from higher floors, handrail on steps, protective indications on open areas like balcony ets).

Further, I have had the freedom to call up any Sobha representative at anytime of the day for clarifications, be it the sales personnel or the GMs. For me, Sobha has paid attention to my issues and have taken impromptu measures to resolve them.
