What impressed us the most about Sobha, was the ease and professionalism with which they helped us customize the floor plan and specifications of our villa, and also incorporated an exterior architectural change we proposed (providing French windows in the master bedroom). The details were worked to out such an extent that we got cost savings for the walls we removed, and even for a tap we didn't want. Considering that there were over 150 villas in the project, this level of personalized attention is commendable.
