The Board of Directors of Sobha Developers Ltd (SDL) has proposed to hold the Board Meeting on 14th May 2007. Kindly refer to the clause 5.III of Sobha's Share Dealing Code about "Trading Window" .

I wish to inform you that the "Trading Window" will be closed between 23rd April 2007 and 15th May 2007 . (Both days inclusive). That is to say 21 days prior to the date of the meeting and one day after the meeting date.

Hence, the designated employees/affected relatives cannot do any trading during the said period.  Other employees also cannot do trading for more than Rs.5 lacs during any calendar month without the pre-clearance in Form-A.
