Sobha Developers received today, a Letter of Indent (LOI) from Gold Plus Glass Industry Ltd, for the design & execution work at Roorkee (Uttaranchal). The scope of work comprises of its design and execution of
Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) and Structural Steel Works. This will be executed by Sobha's Glazing & Metal Division. The total value of the work is about Rs.15 crores

Gold Plus Glass Industry Ltd  is a new corporate client added to Sobha's existing contractual client base.
